K.K.Sinha

Shri K.K.Sinha entered the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) in 1963 and retired in 1998. He has served in the state of Assam and Meghalaya in various capacities including that of Home and Finance Commissioner, Meghalaya and Chief Secretary, Meghalaya. He also had a two stints in Govt. of India where he served Home Ministry, Department of Telecommunication and Ministry of Food as Joint Secretary, Addl. Secretary and Chairman, Food Corporation of India. Shri Sinha was awarded PADMA SHRI in 1973.

Ajay Tewari

Mr. Ajay Tewari entered the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) in 1993. He belongs to the Assam Meghalaya Cadre. He has served in the State of Assam in various capacities including that of Deputy Commissioner in Barpeta and Morigaon District and Director Planning and Development. He has recently joined in Meghalaya Government in the capacity of the Secretary Fourth Meghalaya Pay Commission and Secretary Education. He is also looking after the Programme Implementation & Evaluation as its Director. His area of interests are Finance, Urban Affairs, IT and Education.

D.B. Gurung

D.B. Gurung, Retd. Director Accounts and Treasuries and holding additional charge as Officer on Special Duty in the Finance Department, Government of Meghalaya, Shri Gurung had earlier been assigned with the responsibility as Officer on Special Duty to the Second and Third Meghalaya Pay Commissions and also to the Meghalaya Administrative Reforms Commission.
